Return & Refund Policy

At Amarin Concept, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our perfume oils. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return option under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@amarinconcept.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Amarin Concept is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
